General Information: Our warehouse is located in Northern Nevada. We ship orders between 8am and 3pm (PST) Monday through Friday. When you place an order, it will be shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted. If you order an item that is on backorder, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for the order until it ships out. If you order multiple items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and send the backordered items at a later date. You will not be charged shipping for the backordered item. 

Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping within the U.S. on orders over $75. Products ordered with standard shipping normally arrive within 5-7 days after placing your order. Express delivery is available for an additional charge.

Standard Shipping:  Allow 5-7 business days.

3-Day Select (UPS): Allow 3 business days for orders placed before noon EST. Requires a street address, and not available for P.O. Box delivery.

2-Day (UPS): Allow 2 business days for orders placed before noon EST. Requires a street address, and not available for P.O. Box delivery.

Next Day (UPS) : In a real hurry? Arrives the next business day for orders placed before noon EST, otherwise 2nd business day. Requires a street address and not available for P.O. Box delivery.

The following International delivery options are available for Canada and Mexico only:
* International orders ship when all items ordered are in stock. Backordered items will delay final delivery.

International Standard: Delivery time is 7-10 days (not including customs delays). Not available for P.O. Box delivery. NOTE: Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International Express: Delivery time is 2-3 days (not including customs delays). Not available for P.O. Box delivery. NOTE: Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Method of Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All prices are in U.S. currency. We do not accept checks, Money Orders or COD’s.

Tax: Due to the continual changing of state tax laws, your order may be subject to tax. Many states require tax on merchandise and shipping, while others do not. New states may be granted tax rights at any time. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-855-273-4732 to inquire about your state's present tax requirements.
